Reedy Care

 

At Reedy Care, a ministry of Reedy Creek Baptist Church, on the Gold Coast, we believe that everyone should be shown love and care. So, we have created a space that people can feel welcomed and accepted. When you donate or purchase clothes from us you are helping us to support and provide food relief in our community.

 

Op Shop

 

Our Op Shop stocks only the best pre loved clothing, accessories, homewares, linen and books while keeping prices very affordable. We carefully sort our stock so that you can have the best shopping experience. Look and feel make the shop, so we strive to make it a place that you want to come back to and feel good in. Our Op Shop hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

 

Café

 

We serve Barista style coffee and cakes. It’s a great way to catch up over coffee and do some shopping at the same time! We also have a “Pay It Forward Coffee” set up at our Café, so you can pay forward a coffee for someone in need. You can also enjoy your coffee in our outdoor seating area. Cafe hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 2:30pm.

Playground

Our fun outdoor playground is a great space for kids to climb, slide, swing, run and

play in the sand with cafe seating available for you to enjoy a coffee, open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 2:30pm. PLEASE NOTE our Playground is closed on Tuesdays until 11:30am.

                                                            

                                                                Christian Bookshop

Our Christian Bookshop has a selection of secondhand books available for you to purchase. With cafe seating you can enjoy a barista coffee while enjoying this relaxing bookspace! Open during shop hours Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm.

Food Relief

 

We distribute food hampers to those in need in our community. If you or someone you know needs assistance, please contact us.

                                                           How You Can Help

 

Donations of good quality clothes, shoes, bags, jewellery, linen, homewares, toys, dvds and books can be dropped into our shop, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. We also accept donations of non perishable food items. Volunteering at the shop is another way you can help.
